摘要: 在前期提出的三自由度并联液压支架设计基础上,运用Workbench软件建立并联支撑机构的有限元分析模型,施加以实际工况。通过对立柱倾角及耳座分布位置作参数优化分析,得到满足液压支架实际工况需求的参数。通过对优化后的并联支撑机构进行分析,验证了液压支架在X、Y、Z方向上都具有较好的让压卸载能力。结果表明,三自由度并联液压支架能克服现有液压支架存在的技术缺陷,可承受包括侧向力在内的不同方向的载荷,能提高液压支架支撑稳定性和对围岩的适应性。

Abstract: On the basis of the design of the three-DOF parallel hydraulic support, the Workbench software is used to establish the finite element analysis model of the parallel support mechanism. Based on the optimization analysis of the parameters of the column inclination and the position of the seat, the parameters of the hydraulic support are obtained. Through the analysis of the optimized parallel support mechanism, the hydraulic support in the X, Y, Z direction has a good ability to make pressure unloading. The results show that the three-DOF parallel hydraulic support technology can overcome the defects of the existing hydraulic load, can withstand different directions including lateral force, can improve the stability of hydraulic support and adaptability to the surrounding rock.
